The proposed development at the corner of Lonsdale and Spencer Streets comprises 4 residential towers over a 5 level podium comprising retail, car parking and apartments. This new city precinct with approximately 4,500 to 5,000 inhabitants living in the residential towers that rise out of the six level podium structure.

Upon completion, the UWS Precinct will provide approximately 2500 apartments, a 25m lap pool, lounges and function rooms and 24 hour security. UWS will breathe life into Rose Alley and creates a new laneway – Spencer Lane.

The `Green’ podium roof with landscaping by Tract provides almost a hectare of green recreational area to the inhabitants of UWS. This raised groundplane or sky roof will include native trees and other vegetation, recreational areas, composting facilities, community garden facilities, and water retention and re-use systems.
